Hi everyone! I'm Write and I'm the one attempting to play Mr. Hunt and not screw him up too badly. *waves*

So, Flynn and I were talking a couple of weeks ago when we discovered we were getting fab canonmates (and generally squeeing very loudly about the whole thing) and I made a suggestion that...well, I am now putting to you.

See, 3x08 is a fab episode in general, aye? And it's very much a cast affair so we were thinking that it might be awesome if we threaded it as a cast affair in an effort to make the last canon OOMs brilliant. Obviously, we need the cast to be up for it, hence this post.

My vague idea is that we do the most pertinent scenes in short threads that can link together, possibly with individual bits if any or all of you are up for it. The scenes of Chris, Ray and Shaz watching the videotapes, for example, are something I'd love to see. And group threads for the major scenes - obviously, the one outside TRA being the big one there.

So...well, yeah. That's the basic premise. I know we don't have a Ray but if we can't strongarm anyone into apping him, I'm happy to NPC him or we can look for volunteers to do it. Same for Keats actually, now I come to think about it. I'll probably make an NPC journal for the non-apped cast and then we can have Nelson as well for a post or two.

Anyone up for it? :D

On another note, can I just say I love you all? BEST CANONMATES EVER! *grin*

I was filled with glee right up until you said "Keats", and then the headvoice violently lurched backwards from the monitor. Yeah.

I like the idea of an NPC journal for all the non-apped characters, though we've got the time. We could put up a call for parts in milliwanted. (And not just because I desperately want a Luigi in the bar.)

And also, I for one can't wait to read the LoM canon OOMs!

Bah, Keats. I watched 3x01 today and had to resist the urge to hurl things. But he'd still be fun to NPC, the git.

I'm up for a call in milliwanted. I know of one more person about to embark on canon so I might hint at at least NPC'ing, if not apping, but we'll see. With only two major characters left to play - three if you count Keats - they'd have to really appeal to get people in, maybe.

Mwhahaha, well. If there are no other volunteers to take him, the interaction with he and Gene will be done in fic form. And the bits with the rest of the team will spread the tags out so they don't have to mentally stand next to each other or anything.

But we may still get a taker so I'm not going to worry about it too much just yet.

Can I just say, the thought of trying to live up to y'all's awesome scares the pants off me? Srsly. Lots of awesome happening here.

I'm totally up for a 3x08 bonanza, though I suppose the first step would be to actually EP Shaz here.

Though really, mum, sir, she's not sure she's ready, see, and after spending so long fetching tea and biscuits and answering the phones, this all seems like a lot of things happening at once.

I am most definitely up for doing 3.08 as a series of threads, partially because I don't really know if there's any other feasible way of doing it.

Just, uh, let's hope I don't mess up too badly with this numbskull here. Adorable, dumb, and generally well-meaning are not traits that throw themselves in my corner often.
